Millennium Tapes make available the insights and information astrologer Jeanne Mozier derives from her study of the stars. Oracles for the year are captured in both an audio tape and a daily calendar. All Jeanne's work is aimed at the general public. NEW! Uranus stood still for about a week, beginning to move retrograde slowly late on June 30. It wreaked a path of destruction in the form of sudden death (Michael Jackson and Billy Mays) coups (Honduras) political careers, train wrecks, Supreme Court decisions and other unexpected and revolutionary events....posted 6/30

The Obama Administration's burden of Mercury retrograde set at the inauguration continues with the potential for a retrograde Supreme Court nomination. If you get the call to be the next member of the Court this week, wait until June 2 to accept or the delay and/or rejection will be punishing. Another group that needs a good astrologer. posted....5/25/09Supreme Court nominatio

NASA once again send up a ship on Mercury retrograde -- for a repair mission on the famously retrograde Hubble. No wonder they have delayed return and "surprise problems." Wise up, rocket man and consult an astrologer when scheduling.....posted 5/22/09
Update -- 5/25...not only did they delay landing but they had to switch locations to the west coast.

A crucial fashion point made by the "prepardeness" related to the much-hyped swine flu pandemic is the abundance of photos wth people wearing face masks. This is a Saturn in Virgo fashion trend that I have been predicting for the past two years. At least it's not "taking the veil."....posted 5/1/09

Last time Saturn was in Virgo in 78-80, swine flu was an expected pandemic. It did not happen. It will not happen this Saturn cycle either....posted 4/27/09

Newsstories of poll data claim a more upbeat public mood. This is born out in personal experience observing more tourists on the streets in Berkeley Springs. Short term exploitation ONLY -- it will not last beyond the first week in June and can be attributed to Venus and Mars both in highly energetic Aries. In fact, the good mood begins to falter by May 7 when Mercury turns retrograde, and takes two more hits in May when both Saturn and Neptune shift direction as well.....posted 4/25/09

One of the political predictions I made in Oracles 2009 was civil war in Pakistan. Things are heating up with the Taliban flexing its muscles. The actual outbreak will probably wait until Saturn enters Libra in late October......posted 4/25/09

My prediction for the interplay between Neptune in Aquarius and Saturn in Virgo has long been that the main technology advances would be to make it practical. The fact that all the tech news is about "killer apps" bears out this prediction.....posted 4/2

Pluto in Capricorn makes life hard and indicates that depression -- the mental kind -- is epidemic. A recent report states that so many teens are being stricken with depression that easy questionaires are being distributed to schools.....posted 3/31

Shades of Andrew Jackson. During a previous Saturn in Virgo then Libra period, Jackson fought against a national bank -- and won. It was a populist battle. If astrological history holds true, the current talk of nationalizing banks will continue for the next two years and ultimately fail....posted 2/21

Mercury retrograde continues to plague the Obama Administration with the withdrawal today of Tom Daschele as Health Secretary forcing a reselection. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton gets sworn in again now that Mercury is direct causing speculation, at least by me, that she's smart enough to consult the stars. Finally Mercury retrograde makes the big time with a mention on the popular TV show "House" last night. It was also a topic for discussion last weekend on several news shows.....posted 2/3/09

One of the major Saturn in Virgo trends I predicted as early as 2006 continues to make headlines. Food safety is onee again on peoples' minds as peanuts become the new villains. It will be late 2010 before this issue is no longer news.....posted 2/1/09

Mercury retrograde on Inauguration Day caused the first redo when Chief Justice Roberts flubbed the oath of office taken at 12:05pm. Obama redid the oath on 1/21 which is still Mercury retrograde but at least NO LONGER void of course. The pattern remains set for an Administration of redos but one that now has purpose, direction and vision with a Sag moon -- albeit hard to get to. Look for few of the big, sweping, visionary gestures that all hope for. Too bad somebody did not have him wait until Feb to redo it -- and pick a good time. That's why ancient kings and emperors had their court astrologer pick the time of coronation.. For those who worry about Obama's safety -- I see no threats. posted - 1/22/09

Today, the National Bureau of Economic Research announced that the US has been in economic recession since December 2007. In fact, according to the astrology -- it has been since late September 2007.....posted 12/2/08

Pluto entered Capricorn for the next 17 years on 11/26. It is a force for transforming institutions. It started with the government of Thailand where protesting citizens led to a judicially ordered overthrow of the government because of voting irregularities.....posted 12/2/08

Ronald Reagan had Nancy to set the time for the Oath of Office. Hopefully, Obama will have guidance as well and not make it official until 12:30pm on January 20. America and the world cannot afford four years of a void of course Administration -- meaning one with no flow or direction.....It is bad enough that Inauguaration Day has Mercury retrograde meaning all actions for the four years will need done more than once... .posted 11/10/08

Faithful attendees of my annual Oracles lectures are not surprised by the economic chaos. I've been predicting it with unerring accuracy in timing since at least 2004. Be warned, Pluto is still in Sag until the end of November so the real restructuring of institutions, especially financial in these early years, DOES NOT BEGIN until then. Since Pluto continues in Capricorn for 17 years, have no fear -- the world will eventually catch on to what needs done....posted 10/4/08

Finding those details incredibly annoying, like slogging through heavy syrup now that Saturn is in Virgo? The lesson is not patience but discrimination -- the most significant personal lesson of this transit: deciding what is essential and what is not...........posted 9/29/07

The Spartan, downsized, frugal Saturn in Virgo period which begins on 9/2/07 is alrready shaping up with devastating impact in the housing market as the subprime lending market tanks and foreclosures become a way of life. This is just the beginning. Profligacy will soon be a dirty word. Can those tomatoes and chop that wood; it promises to be a long, cold winter........posted 8/22/07

Barack Obama is a Leo, just emerging from two years of identity issues but with an underlying and unshakeable self confidence. One commentator stated that Obama can walk into any room and feel at home -- a tribute to his Venus in Cancer. Limited vision and too much focus on details may be his weakness.

JULY 1-15
1. Creating, writing, performing -- all draw on buried and unusual imagination. Good day for business and signing deals although there are many levels and surprises along the way. Have a pleasant fling tonight with passionate undertones but beware of overspending and overindulgence.
2. Turn all that intense focus to solving mysteries before breakfast. Sex and power rule the night. Keep it off the Internet.
3. Sleep in after hot pre-dawn dreams. Then set off on an adventure; follow a vision. Begin a couple weeks of thinking personally and with your feelings rather than brain. It can provide hard to get at information.
4. The spirit of freedom and good fortune fill this Independence Day. There is tension in the morning among those believing different propaganda. Obsession is rampant and can be used to research out hidden facts. Wait it out before starting the perfect outdoor party. Relax about the details. Let the party go late.
5. Friends don’t want to leave. Keep the party going. Unusual things can happen. Spend the evening playing cards.
6. No fake excuses about why physical energy is low this morning. Get serious, the party is over. Don’t get reckless and overextend as energy returns. The night is filled with strange impulses. Expand your universe by reaching out to the unseen.
7. Lunar eclipse before sunrise. The rest of the day is tight and controlled. The force of the eclipse stirs up the emotional force that could crumble structures over the next couple months. Finding the healthy balance between emotional and material security is the plan.
8. It could be mid morning before everything is loosened up enough for energy to flow -- and then it is brilliant but erratic. Go global with your weird art. It is an excellent day to get things done on a concrete level. Seek wiser heads. Work hard and with discipline.
9. Idealism is awakened especially for global issues. Work for the greater good. False optimism makes it easy to gamble even on losing propositions. Focus on personal benefits and you may be deceived.
10. Do highly imaginative creative work especially involving technology. Welcome challenges to make your work as pratical as possible. Pay attention to late night dreams -- they may hold the key to dramatic change.
11. Use a critical eye on the work you are doing assuring the details are right. It’s a fine beach day. Party with friends tonight.
12. More beach time with family and friends. Imaginative and unusual dreams late night.
13. The active part of the day may not begin until mid morning but then it goes flat out. Words move with the speed of light, often before thinking occurs. Rules fight back and there can be hurt feelings. Fortunately, the heroes just keep marching on.
14. Unbridled and enthusiastic action all day and into the night. Place no obstacles in the way of new ideas.
15. Issues of emotional security are a challenge in the morning. Those who are in motion just switch to contacts where skins are thicker. A lot of undirected impulses in the afternoon then things begin to settle down and take root. The point is to use the stimulating new ideas to change rigid old forms. Conversations are exciting and perceptions solid.
