Jeanne Mozier’s newest book is a political novel titled Senate Magic (High Street Press, 2013). She’s an award-winning writer of fiction, nonfiction, short stories, and plays, including several books on West Virginia. After a life in academia, and then as a CIA analyst, Mozier has practiced astrology for more than 40 years, analyzing and projecting social and political trends. Her writing comes from working on political campaigns and originating statewide art events. Mozier was a syndicated columnist, TV host, and Arts Commissioner. She has received state, regional, and national awards for her community service and business success as a social entrepreneur. She holds degrees from Cornell and Columbia universities and lives in in Berkeley Springs.
